Services who offer support 

Educational settings have access to a number of specialist teams who are available to support them in making provision for all learners, including those with special educational needs and disabilities.

 

Local Authority services available to support settings, include:

• Educational Psychologists

• Emotional Wellbeing and Behaviour Team

• Autism Support Service

• Speech, Language and Communication Team

• Specific Learning Difficulties Team

• Sensory Support Team

• Portage Team

• English as an Additional Language Team

 
The teams also provide extensive training and professional development for staff.
