Your feedback about the information provided to support children and young people aged 0-25 years with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND) helps us to continuously improve.
SEND Survey
We want to improve support for children and young people with SEND and their families over the next three years.
We would like to learn what is working well and what needs to change. Giving your views in this survey will help us plan to make improvements.​
This survey has been developed with Northumberland Parent Carer Forum and a group of parents and carers who are working with Northumberland County Council and NHS commissioners.
Following the survey, we will write a report telling you what we have found out and what we will do in response to the feedback.
